The controller is Inabit EOOD, Bulgarian company registration no. 205025859, at Mladost, bl. 364, entrance 6, 1712 Sofia, Bulgaria. For questions about personal data, contact petyo.stoyanov@inabit.eu.

When you visit this website

This is an informational website with no user accounts or contact form. The hosting provider processes technical information, such as your IP address and request details, to deliver content and protect the service. The website is hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon S3 and CloudFront. Necessary technical processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website. Technical data is processed to deliver the requested page. Data needed to investigate a technical issue, misuse or security incident is retained until the investigation and any related legal claims are resolved.

When you contact us

If you email us, we process your email address and the information you choose to provide so that we can reply and discuss your enquiry. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence. Our email service is Google Workspace. We retain correspondence until the enquiry and subsequent business communication are concluded. We then retain only data necessary to perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims, until the relevant basis no longer applies.

Cookies and your choice

This website does not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels and does not load Google Tag Manager. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Continuing to browse does not constitute consent to tracking.

How we remember your choice

Your choice is stored locally in your browser using localStorage, under the name inabit-consent-v1, for up to 180 days. It contains the consent version, your analytics and advertising choices, and the time it was saved. This storage is necessary to remember and respect your choice; we do not send this record separately to a server. You can change or withdraw consent using “Cookie settings” in the footer. After the period expires, we will ask again if analytics is enabled.

Automated decisions

We do not use data from this website for profiling or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Providers and data transfers

We use hosting and email providers that process data as part of their services. AWS provides hosting and Google Workspace provides email services. Technical data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, including through CloudFront’s global content delivery network. Transfers outside the EEA are subject to GDPR safeguards: an adequacy decision where applicable, or standard contractual clauses and necessary supplementary measures. Contact us for information and a copy of the applicable safeguards. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact petyo.stoyanov@inabit.eu. You can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: https://cpdp.bg/.
